“Pro-Tec Pool Party” Debuts on FUEL TV

Pro Skateboarders Rune Glifberg, Bucky Lasek, and Omar Hassan Star

July 23, 2007: The “2007 Pro-Tec Pool Party” makes its television on FUEL TV at 9:30pm ET (6:30pm PT) and will re-air more than eight times over the next month.

For the third year in a row, Pro-Tec and Vans threw a skateboard pool contest that attracted some of the biggest skaters in the world to the Vans Skate Park in Orange , California . Veteran bowl skaters went head-to-head with modern vert superstars like Bucky Lasek, PLG, and Rune Glifberg. In a dramatic pro final, Glifberg just edged out Lasek and bowl vet Omar Hassan for the victory and $25,000 dollar first place prize.
