Moto legend Jeremy McGrath is moving on to four wheels... He's signed with JR Motorsports and will have his first race April 21 at Southern National Motorsports Park in Kenly, N.C. His debut comes a few weeks after rival Ricky Carmichael made his stock-car debut.
The 35-year-old doesn't feel he's too old for the change...

Surfer/musician Tim Curren will be performing at this weekend's Boost Mobile Surf Show at the Gold Coast of Australia - performing in the sense of hitting the waves and playing on the big stage.
In the water, Curren will surf alongside Kelly Slater, Taj Burrow, Josh Kerr and Jamie O’Brien Sunday -- the day before he will play along with three other bands.
“It is the best thing ever! I am so excited to be in Australia, play some music and surf. It is the ideal situation for sure,” said Curran.
Yes, it's a tough life...

Teen Injured Car Surfing
Published: 12:41 a.m. PT by Me
It's always amazing to hear -- someone tries car surfing and then he/she is injured. This time it's a teenager who fell off a car when it was driving around in a high school parking lot.
The kid probably saw "Grindhouse" and thought he could do it if Zoë Bell could. Not exactly.

Bede Durbidge ProfiledPublished: 12:29 a.m. PT by Me
It may be an off day for the Rip Curl Pro, but you can bet Bede Durbidge is loving life. Australia's The Age has a great profile of the surfer, who shot to prominence last year when beating Kelly Slater at Trestles at the Boost Mobile Pro after making it as an alternate. Since then, he seems to be in the mix and just about every event. But despite living what would seem like the good life, he doesn't have a sponosr to help cover the $70K in expenses he faces each year...

Kelly Slater is currently tied with Tom Curren for the most WCT victories with 33 and the legend doesn't see Slater slowing down until Slater eventually retires.
