The top graphic on this and four other boards at the team featured a George Powell quote "Friends are friends, but business is business and war has been declared." A statement Powell made to Rodney Mullen when Mullen left Powell to help Steve Rocco start World Industries.

The fundamental absurdity and irony of basically everything in life was a guiding theme in a lot of World industries graphics and ads. The meaning attributed to this board, which depicts a group of clothes-free seniors playing volleyball, is the idea that people that are of an exhibitionists nature, like those who frequent nudist colonies and nude beaches, do not look good naked.

When Jason Lee, who was a pro for Blind Skateboards requested a graphic with a darker theme, McKee saw this as an opportunity to make a graphic that would be truly evil. After completion Jason wanted no part of it. Natas Kaupas decided to use the graphic for his new company, 101, which he had recently started in partnership with Steve Rocco. Natas' use of the graphic also gave him a chance to poke fun at all the jabs he had gotten over the years over his name being "Satan" spelled backwards.

"Malicious Compliance" was a term used to describe how during the Renaissance, Leonardo da Vinci would execute commissions in such a way that he fulfilled every requirement placed on him, yet still produced art that somehow conveyed a divergent end result than was intended by the patron. When this graphic came out in 1992, the idea of stolen copyrighted characters was getting old, so Sean Cliver decided to show the cute cartoon dinosaurs from the dinosaur move that Daewon wanted, but the one catch was one of them is being killed by a much larger, more realistic T. Rex.

The idea for this graphic was inspired by Disneyland's Haunted Mansion ride in early 1992. On the ride patrons are trapped in a room filled with whimsical portraits. The room subsequently begins to stretch, and along with it so do the frames of the portraits. When the frames are stretched out completely, it's revealed that each humorous portrait is really just a small part of a much larger tragic scene. This format worked perfectly for skateboard decks, which customarily had a smaller top graphic and a much larger "full-board" graphic at the bottom.

This graphic is copied directly from a safe sex pamphlet that showed how to use a condom. It deals with the uncomfortable subject of how sex education and condom use is repressed in America. It’s also an example of how World Industries would often take an adversarial stance with skateboards shops and dealers, forcing them to carry products that were controversial. World would list the names of shops in their catalog that refused to carry the Safety Gear board under the heading "Shops o’ Death," accusing them of wanting kids to contract AIDS.

Steve Rocco is shown as conquering war hero of the communist era, holding a young child representing the future and wielding a long sword. He stands atop a pile of rubble made up of a broken and crumbling Powell logo which he pierces with his sword. The original Russian social realist statue that this graphic is based on the heroic figure is standing on top of a broken swastika.

Part of the 1984, Russian Statue, Pope series, this deck jokingly pays homage to Steve Rocco at the height of his power in the skateboard industry back when having a Motorola flip-phone was still considered a status symbol.

There were four Blind skateboards released in this series. A fifth graphic was on the drawing board for Jason Lee before he left Blind to start his own skateboarding company and may have been part of the reason for him leaving. The graphic was to be called "Basin' Jason," showing him smoking cocaine.
