Winter X Games 12 Dates: 1/24 - 1/27 Location: Aspen, CO Official Site: http://expn.go.com Sport: Snowboarding, Freeskiing, Snowmobiling Details: The Winter X Games 12 will be held January 24-27, 2008 at the Buttermilk Ski Resport in Aspen, CO. The Winter X Games, is one of the premier winter action sports events in the world and attracts the best snowboarders, freeskiers and snowmobilers in the world who compete for medals and prize money. January 22-23 will serve as practice and elimination days. All Winter X Games competitions will take place at the resort's Buttermilk Mountain. Winter X Games 12 will air live on ESPN and ABC and will feature nighttime events. The Winter X Games will remain at Buttermilk Resport in Aspen through 2010, for a total of nine consecutive years (2002-2010).
