The event is free to the public and showcases the best female action sports talent in the world. This groundbreaking event will take place as top female athletes compete in skateboard street and snowboard rail jam competitions at the inaugural S3 Supergirl Jam. The S3 Supergirl Jam was created by Warner Bros. Consumer Products and ASA Entertainment to celebrate the empowerment of these athletes. The event will also celebrate the Supergirl S-shield as a universally recognized symbol of strength and leadership - both traits embodied by todays action sports girl. The Supergirl S-shield and these action sports athletes are both representatives of strength and empowerment. The independence, creativity, sense of self-expression and style that it takes to excel in these action sports makes these women natural Supergirl ambassadors, said Karen McTier, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Warner Bros. In addition to watching top female action sports athletes compete, spectators at the S3 Supergirl Jam will enjoy live performances by nationally-recognized touring bands including the Donnas and Jupiter Rising, as well as freestyle motocross exhibitions, break-dancing, DJs, graffiti artists and action sports lifestyle exhibitors. Entrance to the event, including the concerts and competitions, is free of charge. The event will be televised nationally on CBS as well as on Versus and Fuel TV in the U.S. as part of a platform that reaches more than one billion households globally.
