The World" competition that pits the best American surfers against their global counterparts in a new three-period team format. This year the X Games also premiers a women's surf division. The live coverage on EXPN.com happens July 3-July 6 starting at 8:30 AM from Puerto Escondido , Mexico , a break that throws one of the best waves in the Pacific. EXPN's Sal Masekela will host the event along with in-water reporter Jodi Nelson and analyst Omar Etcheverry.
