Journeys Backyard BBQ featuring the Etnies Skate Team - #1 Salt Lake City Dates: 5/19 Location: Sandy, UT Official Site: http://www.journeysbbq.com/tour.aspx?id=1 Sport: FMX, Skate, Music Details: Journeys Backyard BBQ makes for stops starting in mid-May and ending in mid-June. The first stop is on Saturday May 19 in Salt Lake City at South Towne Center and features the Etnies Skate Team. Journeys Shoes Backyard BBQ party includes Pro Skate, Freestyle Moto and BMX Demos along with live music. A great line-up is in place for the Backyard BBQ in Salt Lake City including skateboarders: Ronnie Creager, Kyle Leeper, Elissa Steamer. The moto demo from the legendary Metal Mulisha (http://www.metalmulisha.com/news.php)features Todd Potter, Derek Garland, Jonny Ebenal and a special appearance by Brian Deegan. BMX demo features the popular Jamie Bestwick and Mike "Rooftop" Escamilla. Music will be provided by Meg & Dia and a Converse Battle of the Bands with Postcards Home, Ivy League and The Brobecks.
