MAGIC (not MAGIC) in Las Vegas is a wonderful event.  In one week, you can see what the latest skateboarding fashion has to offer whether it’s skate sneakers, orange beanies or flannel shirts.  You also get to experience up close the countless introductions to the newest hipster brands the most hipsterest HIPSTERS conjured up in their Silverlake apartment over the past 12 months.  And if you’ve got an in with just enough CHIC, you’re bound to get a taste of some of the HIGHER END fashion brands around the world with their impeccable collections.  But you must first be blessed by the fashion gods before you even step foot into a high-end showroom.  Trust me, I KNOW.

But along with all the flare and pizzazz the fashion world can fit into a one-week convention in the glitziest CITY in the world, you mustn’t forget to have yourself a little fun at one of the many parties and extra circular activities MAGIC has to offer.  There is a wide range of things you can do during the long week in Vegas such as listening to house music at any number of the private parties going down.  Perhaps treat yourself to some cheese and crackers at the Sketchers booth.  And of course, you can’t forget to enter yourself in the MALOOF LONG OLLIE Challenge going down at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort.

You think you can out ollie some of the biggest jumpers in the world?  Put your skills to the test by showing up and giving your best shot.  Know though that these aren’t puny little two to four foot ollies across some crappy planter.  These guys epitomize the DAN CORTESE philosophy: Go Hard Or Go Home!
