As the popular saying goes, there is 98 DEGREES of separation between you any one person in the world.  Oh wait, that doesn’t sound right.  It looks good though thats fo sho, uh huh!   Actually I think the saying goes there is “six” degrees of separation” between yourself and any one person on earth.  That sounds about right.  Well I’m proud to say that I am like 2 degrees of separation of my all time skate hero, Ryan Sheckler.  Why?  Because I got my Ryan Sheckler POSTER signed by him this summer in Arizona.  That’s right.  I drove 13 hours in the hot desert heat without AIR CON to see my skateboard hero.

Having Paul Rodriguez on the Daily Habit tonight is the next best thing to meeting Ryan.  Nike SB and Plan B are making some big moves and there is only so much you can learn from the company’s blogs and videos they sporadically churn out, especially when every video doesn’t feature Ryan.  So it’s a true honor to get some one on one time with one of the world’s leading skaters who happens to be on some amazing skate teams.

Airing Monday, October 24 at 11:00 pm ET/PT and telecast several additional times, tonight on the Habit, one of the best pro skaters on the scene, Nike SB pro Paul Rodriguez is back on the DAILY HABIT.  Plus, actor, comedian and master impressionist currently starring on CBS’s “2 Broke Girls,” Jonathan Kite joins the panel.  Also, correspondent Jesse Miller crashes Tony Hawk’s annual Stand Up For Skate Parks Foundation celebrity skate jam.

Live on The Stride Sound Stage, musical guest The Death Set performs.
