With a great party, must come a great product and Airwalk has truly delivered on this one.  On the heels of reissuing the classic Reflex Formula 1, Airwalk drops the Reflex Sad Plant, a collaboration with team athlete Mike Vallely (Mike V.).  And Mike V’s good friend Simon Woodstock knew how to sport the Airwalk with such style.  Who remembers Simon’s head meant to look like the JIM TENNIS.

This reissued skate classic reappears after several years in hiding with a distinct nod to Airwalk’s heritage by prominently featuring the Ptero A quarter logos and an embossed old school pterodactyl on the heel, while the story of Mike V. and the Sad Ho-Ho Plant (a trick he pioneered) are immortalized in an asymmetric embroidery over the heels.

The Sad Plant color way (grey/blue curacao/autumn glory/black) plays off a few old school Airwalk favorites in the Prototype Jolly Mambo and the Prototype 600 Lava. This limited edition collab is available now and can only be found at www.airwalk.com/shop.
