We’re ghetto.  The LAT34 CREW will sneak into any event we want to.  Concerts, New Years Eve parties, CULT COMPOUNDS, anything.  This past April, we were able to sneak into COACHELLA with a full press pass, backstage pass, VIP beer garden pass, and of course day and event after parties.  We really lived it up going unprepared.  How did we do it?  Well I won’t give you all of our secrets in detail but it involves about $100 cash in hand, a set of wire cutters, and a good eye to spot an empty vacant golf cart.  Boom!  Full access.

Back in the day, our targets used to be all night RAVE DANCE PARTIES.  These were particularly easy because outdoor parties neglected to fence off the entire lot so all it took was to find a hole in the premises where you can easily walk right in.  I mean, you can’t fence off the entire mountain, desert, or beach.

Last night’s 13th Annual Transworld Skateboarding Awards at the Avalon proved to be a little more difficult.  I guess when you’re surrounded by a bunch of hustlers with the same agenda, it lessens the odds of you getting in.  We’re kind of stupid because we thought, you know, coming from one of the most prestigious BLOGS in the world, we could simply walk in.   Unfortunately, we missed out this year, which sucks because it’s always wild inside.  But I’m sure Brian Schaefer and Lizard King who were the fine gentleman hosting the event, the night went off without a hitch.  Plus Theotis Beasley earned himself a pro status.  Check out the Not Another TWS Video trailer, which will be out in June.
