Innovation is key when branding a company. It takes a certain level of creative moxie to take a company to the next level. Last year in 2010, we saw a lot of great imagination with companies all across the BOARD and the level of improvements are skyrocketing. For instance, Hyundai cars are no longer the rides your best friend would inherit from his parents, just so that you guys can launch them off speed bumps in the parking lot. The company has upped their image by stealing the MERCEDES image. But my favorite companies are the ones that represent my life seamlessly.
My secret identity on Friendster – Jaleel
While all the suckers are using Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace, I myself have been on the Friendster bandwagon. First of all, none of my friends are on Friendster so I can literally be different person with a more exciting IDENTITY. I encourage you to do the same! You want to be an international pop singer? Join Friendster. You need to let your cyber friends know that you have the best TATTOOS? Join Friendster. You essentially can be the person you have always dreamed of because of a social network like Friendster.
Before I walk out the door every afternoon, I make sure that I’m never without my Abercrombie & Fitch trucker hat and tank top. If you ever run into a person at the bar who is wearing A&F, you know that the person has a great taste in style and is probably very spunky. In addition, A&F made a landmark decision in 2010 by employing the entire cast of Twilight, and the TEAM PUBEY.
And finally, the PLAN B team has executed 2010 to perfection. With acquisitions, the introduction to new members to the team, and working tirelessly to towards the most epic video in skate history.
