There isn’t enough action sports coverage out there when it comes to Heely’s.Every time I want to talk about the shoe, I have to integrate it into my own topic.Perhaps there isn’t enough coverage because there aren’t enough older guys partaking in it to push the sport in a new direction. That is why we have partnered with the very company who we here at Lat34.com admire so much.Heely’s definitely bring so much joy to little kids but I think it’s time to push it to the next level.I think that time has come.

Heelys, the creators behind the popular shoes that roll, have introduced a product so revolutionary it needed a new sport to define it! The Nano™ inline footboard combines the high speed of a skateboard with the stealth and maneuverability of Heelys wheeled footwear to create a new hybrid skate system called “freeboarding” that has streamlined the world of wheels. Nano™, available now, thrills the user with the same sensations and freedoms felt while slalom skiing and wakeboarding, providing an out-of-this-world ride.

The Nano is compatible with ALL sizes of any Fats and Mega style Heelys skate shoes and works by simply removing the wheel from one of the shoes and snapping the patented wheel bracket into the Sole-Link™, like a ski or snowboard binding. Nano’s innovative design provides a stable platform for your front foot, allowing your rear foot free to build momentum, carve sharp turns, and perform a wide variety of tricks.

Winner
Some of the submissions were great, some not so much.  And a couple were so mind boggling that I think it is not humanly possible to perform their tricks.  But one took the cake.  It was short, simple, and was funny as hell.  In addition, this young man submitted a photo to give us an idea what the trick is supposed to look like.

Take 6 months to learn the splits. Then find two handrails just wide enough so that you can do this down them…
