It’s Party Time With Joey Brezinski

Growing up, there was a whole mob of skaters in my area who influenced me to be the best skater I could be.  Sure their style of skating was so much different than MINE, but nonetheless, seeing these guys out there day after day showed me that hard work and persistence paid of.  Not just in a monetary sense, but in the way to better you as a person.  Skating the San Gabriel Valley area like South Hills, Chaffey, West Covina High, the Walnut Gap, etc etc, you knew that on any given day, you can catch any of these guys skating these spots and they were just so super cool.

Joey Brezinski was one of those kids looking up to the older guys.  Back then they used to call him “Bucky” (no joke).  And as a fellow little kid skating, I always looked up to him as well because he had so much consistency for a little guy.

Fast-forward about a decade later, and the guy is continues to keep getting better.  I like to refer to Joey as the high wire act of skateboarding because of his unbelievable BALANCING skills.
