Exclusive All Girl Demo At The Vans Skatepark @ The Block

There comes a moment in every young girl’s life when she must decide what she will strive to become when she grows up.   Whether it be a doctor, or a school teacher, or even a MODEL.  I believe that we in this country have gotten past gender roles in the household, meaning that women don’t have to keep up the house while their HUSBANDS are away at work.  Women are now earning about equal pay as their male counterparts in the work force.  Heck, we almost had ourselves a female president.  I would just like to see this trait take a step further and see more young girls taking up skateboarding.  I definitely don’t see enough at the skateparks and maybe it’s because skating is too hard for yall?  Are you going to allow me to talk smack like that?  Do you want to prove me wrong?  Then go ahead and prove me wrong.  We are always down to promote events for the ladies.

At first glance, I thought this was  a Girl Skateboards demo at the Vans Skatepark at the Block at Orange.  Then I thought to myself, “There aren’t any riders on Girl that look like AVRIL LAVIGNE.”  So reading on and informing my tiny brain, I see that this is an exclusive all female skate event.  So attention to all chica skaters in the Orange County area, there will be an exclusive Girls Skateboard Clinic at Vans Skatepark The Block in Orange, CA. this Sunday, March 7th from 8am – 12pm instruction will be given for girl skateboarders ages 6 – 21.  Cost is only $20 and spots are limited.  Contact the skatepark to register today!
