Matt Hewitt And The Raveonettes On The Daily Habit

I voice my opinion on many things on our website. Everything from movies, politics, HANGOUTS, food, and STYLE deserves a thought or two presented by me. I find that I must do so because I’m doing most of you a favor. You see, I was born and raised in the ultra awesome city of WALNUT, CA. Not Walnut Creek but Walnut. Just Walnut. We know what’s cool out there. Did you know that we have not only streets for driving, but bicycle lanes for bikes, sidewalks for walking, and horse trails for meth addicts to take long walks? Its true. We even have an IN N’ OUT burger on the corner of Valley and Grand.

So once in a while, I will advise you to take a look at a new band or a band with a brand new awesome album. Tonight, Thursday, December 3 at 9:00 pm Eastern Time and telecast three additional times, Matt Hewitt and musical guest The Raveonettes will appear on “The Daily Habit.”

There isn’t much music out these days to be thrilled about. I’ve had the same CD’s in my CD changer for the past 3 months. One is a mix CD featuring different CHINESE music. I have the first Pink album. And I have the Raveonettes. They sound somewhere between 1950’s slow rock, to shoe gazing noise. I love it! Don’t mistake the lead singer (below) with TELLY from the movie Kids. You should really check them out if you get “Daily Habit”.

Today, New Zealander and the winner of the Hyundai National Surfing Championships, ripper Matt Hewitt is in the studio.
