Flip East Coast Tour Starts This Weekend

Being a Flip myself, I’m excited for any FLIP news because they are really one of my favorite teams. Even when they were just a bunch of BRITS getting mashed. I actually especially loved those days. But now it’s 2009, going into 2010 and the team has a bunch of new faces with some of the old ones. So for you east coast people, try to get out of your freezing cold houses and check out one of the sickest skate teams today. They probably won’t be used to the cold at first since they’re coming from Southern California. It was pretty cold out today. When I left the house, it was about 69 degrees. I even had to put on a sweatshirt.
But seriously, Flip just came off a hot new skate video despite there being no TOM PENNY, arguably one of the cleanest skaters of all time, you will get a chance to meet the workhorse of the team Geoff Rowley, the best eyebrows in skateboarding Lance Mountain, the tiny beast growing before our very eyes David Gonzalez, and the vert switch master Bob Burnquist. Along with the rest of the skate team, it should make for some fun and shenanigans.
The tour starts this Saturday November 14th, which is a coincidence since another flip, Manny PAC MAN Pacquiao will be in Las Vegas fighting for the welterweight champion, Miguel Cotto, for his title. So it will be an exciting day for Flips everywhere. The tour starts in Braintree, MA at Zumiez. The signing begins at 3PM and goes until 5PM.
