If you are a fan of Famous then this is your chance to get some awesome deals on some fly gear. As a avid warehouse sale shopper (read: poor) I have developed some rules that use every time I go to one of these sales, and now I’m going to share them with you:
Bring a bottle of water or other delicious beverage: You are probably going to be standing in line for a min of 20 min and up to 4 hrs; it’s always a good idea to bring a drink. I prefer Red Bull but that’s because I’m a caffeine junkie.
Make friends with the folks you are in line with: Not only do you probably share similar interests, making “line friends” is helpful because they may know about other sales; or best of all: hold your place in line while you pee.
The #1 rule is: Always bring cash: it makes it easier on the staff, there is usually a super long line for credit card users, so once you get your stuff you can hurry and get the heck out of there.
