Enjoi has given us years of cookiness and fun. While most skate teams out there tend to take themselves too seriously even though it may seem like they don’t, Enjoi is really not too cool for school. While other teams have company logos such as the skull, or something demonic, or something slutty, Enjoi goes for the more harmless, very adorable PANDA BEAR. And most of us “family people” can appreciate that because I have a special connection with the Panda Bear. My name at work used to be Panda. I don’t know why because I’m not really shaped like a Panda. I’m not lazy like a Panda. Maybe it’s because of my Filipinoness and for the fact that I’m 1 quarter Chinese. Who knows but I do love the Panda Bear and so should you.
It’s a sad state of affairs that the Panda is on the endangered animals list. There are somewhere between 2000 – 3000 Pandas left on the entire planet! How can humans do this not only to the Panda but to animals in general. They don’t harm any one and they keep to themselves. I’m all about slaughtering animals that we have an abundance of such as beef, pork, definitely pork, fish, rabbit, dog, but never a Panda. So big ups to the Enjoi team for making their team logo one of the best animals in the world; the Giant Panda.
That’s why you should be psyched if you have the opportunity to meat the Enjoi team. If you’re in the Midwest, you’re in luck because they are on the Enjoi “Clever Name Tour”. Come out and meet Jerry Hsu, Louie Barletta, Caswell Berry, Cairo Foster, Clark Hassler, and Nestor Judkins.
