Skate & Create II Featuring C1RCA

As we mentioned earlier this week, Transworld’s Skate & Create (which we believe should be for now on called “A NU Skateboard Contest: Skate & Create”, in account for everything NU = Cool) presented last year’s champions, DVS with their new video. IT was quite interesting with a wooden touch unseen in other art skate videos. Most of the time, skate art looks like THIS. But DVS surely did not disappoint this time around and as you can SEE, put in a lot of hard work and time. And no doubt, Torrey Pudwill definitely stole the show with his backside smith on a ledge nearly as tall as him.
Today, we have for you a look at C1RCA’s attempt to dethrone DVS from the Skate & Create Championship throne. Their video is a bit different than DVS’s loaded with tons of backlight and looks like it was shot on the set of the BLAIR WITCH PROJECT with a touch of NINE INCH NAILS. Where the DVS video catered to the street wearing artistic skater type, this video probably caters more to the SLIPKNOT type. Especially the magician hands at the end. Spooky!
The team riders are Peter Ramondetta, Sierra Fellers, Scott Decenzo, Tony Tave, Ryan Gallant, and Walker Ryan along with Video Director Lee DuPont, Art Director Dennet Oyanguren, Production Manager Chris Zamoscianyk and their crew spent long beer drinking nights creating this. Enjoy
