Chaz Ortiz and Paul Rodriguez led the field Thursday for the Skate Park prelims at Portland’s Wendy’s Invitational, the third stop of the 2009 Dew Tour. The top 10 skaters from the prelim will take part in Saturday’s final, where Chris Cole and Ryan Decenzo await with byes. Ryan Sheckler, the other skater with a buy thanks to his win at Boston last month, is missing the finals.
