Tony Hawk Shreds The White House
June 19, 2009 – 11:26 pm PT by MikeTags: Barack Obama, George Bush, Tony Hawk, Twitter, White House —
It looks like President Obama appointed Tony Hawk to Secretary Of Gnarlia today to head the Department of Extreme Brociousness. It was the second time a human being ever skated through the halls of the White House with the first being ex-president BUSH during rollerblade lessons. So as you can see, this was a monumental day not only for The Hawk Man, but for extreme athletes around the country. Now that’s what I call “Change you can believe in”.
Hawk joined other dads, athletes and celebrities at a Father’s Day forum hosted by President Barack Obama. Celebrity chef Bobby Flay helped man the barbecue grills for a White House picnic for the attendees, which included NBA players Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat and Etan Thomas of the Washington Wizards.
Hawk Man-X documented the entire trip to the White House via Friendster. Unfortunately nobody was listening except for a few people in Asia so he decided to TWEET his experience. For those of you not on the bandwagon, that means he was on Twitter.com
“…and here is my exit,” he wrote in a message on Twitter, which linked to a picture of him skating. “Supposed to return at noon for the First Fathers event if they let me back in.”
