2008 Surfing Yearbook Released

If you are as old as I am, high school is mostly faded memories of being miserable. The hours spent in detention, being chased by school security for skating on campus, and feeling uncomfortable while taking a SHOWER with a bunch of other dudes due to certain “genetic traits”. So as you get older, what better way to relive all those great and forgotten memories than cracking open the old high school yearbook? Well, I have never done this because those are memories I don’t want to remember.

In less self-deprecating news, the new ”Surfing Yearbook” has just been released and is being called the most comprehensive record of the 2008 surfing world released this year and one of the best records of surfing ever. It contains:

• Contest results, region by region, from smallest to biggest

• The SV Almanac: week by week, all the surfing news

• Analysis and opinion by surfing’s leading opinion makers

• Photo essays from the best surf photographers around the world

• Profiles of all the leading surfers of 2008

• Inside the industry: who’s movin’, who’s shakin’

• Ocean environmental issues, weather and swell reports

• Official ASP year review

• Official ISA year review

• The only global directory of surfing products and services

If you want to find out more info about what my high school yearbook contains, you can speak to my therapist; If you want to find out more about the “Surfing Yearbook” you can go to here.

  2. “being chased by school security for skating on campus” Really G, now you’re going to claim that you used to skate as a kid? The poseur stench never leaves this site.
