Quiksilver’s Race To S.K.A.T.E Continues Today With Danny Garcia

Now that The Battle At the Berrics is over, what would we be paying attention to when it comes to S.K.A.T.E? Well for people like me who don’t skate because we’re too busy blading, we pay attention to QUIKSILVER’S Race To S.K.A.T.E contest where you the Joe Shmo can not only just watch and admire in awe, you can participate against the entire world! And because you live in the United States, if you live in the U.S, you have a real advantage over the kids living in Mongolia because they’re probably sleeping or just really tired keeping up with this contest.
Today’s Race to S.K.A.T.E competition continues today at 4 PM PCT/7 PM EST with Danny Garcia performing 5 ledge tricks. And if last week’s Race to S.K.A.T.E contest is any indication of how the rest of the competition will look like, then you better be dope as hell because there are hundreds of kids that want that prize as much if not more than you. Kyle Leeper won last Friday’s event, uploaded to SHRED Or DIE, in 43 minutes. I couldn’t do those five tricks if they gave me a month to complete it. If they were assigned on blades, then that’s a different story. I’d have that down in about 5 minutes. (Don’t playa hate!)
