2nd Annual Roxy Mascot Challenge At Roxy Chicken Jam

Where would we be without mascots? Who else would take on the responsibility of building up the enthusiasm within a dead and despondent crowd? It usually only takes one being. One entity to wake up the inner party animal inside of everybody. Sure you’ve got the bombastic and loud drunk guy but he gets quite annoying after about five minutes. The only authorized creature to do so would be the mascot. Never changing its face, the mascot plays an essential role when it comes to sporting events. I particularly like the OSU CHRISTMAS TREE and I applaud his spirit.
That is why it’s great to see these mascots celebrated in an event dedicated just to them. This year the the 5th Annual Roxy Chicken Jam, the 2nd Annual ROXY MASCOT CHALLENGE will be held at Mammoth Mountain where up to $6,000 in prize money is up for grabs. Maybe they can use that cash to clean out their dingle berries. The event goes down on Saturday, March 28th and will include events like the Mascot Superpipe Competition.
Mascots must be dressed in their mascot attire from head to toe. So that means DUCKY cannot enter. Go HERE for registration details. Good luck and may the mascot gods be on your side.
