Hawk, Peralta. Sheckler. Maloof. That’s right. The Maloofs are quickly becoming one of the premier names in the skateboarding industry. In my opinion they will no longer be synonymous with swanky, self indulgent, life of a libertine hotel. And they have long been forgotten as the once owners of a FEMALE BASKETBALL TEAM. With the second annual MALOOF MONEY CUP, they will forever be known as the premiere skateboard promoters in the industry.
You must give them respect because despite losing $1,000,000 from last year’s event as quoted on GOOGLE news, they are continuing the event for it’s second year in a row. That’s hard-core. Just as Berra and Koston poured hundreds of thousands into THE BERRICS, their debt for that warehouse is nothing compared to the debt they owe to skateboarding.
