Just last week we put up an ARTICLE about Ty Evans’ spin on a balloon filled skatepark with his stunt man, Bob Burnquist tearing it up while popping a few balloons as well. Nobody really knew what this spectacular site was all about. But that didn’t stop the predictions and educated guesses from filling the Internet. Some of the best guesses:
- They’re making balloon animals for all the kids in the city of Tucson, Arizona
- Ty wanted to shoot the perspective from a bear’s butt.
- Bob wanted to fulfill his childhood fantasy.
- SIMON WOODSTOCK had some leftover balloons from his birthday party.
- They were shooting an AERO Chocolate Bar Commercial. (My guess)
Wow! It looks like I was correct all a long. Ty and Bob were shooting a commercial for Aero Chocolate to make this film of Bob ‘feeling the bubbles’ by skating through thousands of balloons. First there was the Youtube Balloon Bowl. Now Bob and Ty have taken this amazing idea to the next level by skating through a world of them!
