Simon Chamberlain Says, “Let’s Get Wyld!”

I used to love that game Simon Says when I was younger.  “Simon says, touch your toes!  Simon says, run to the table!  Eat the BALUT at the table!  Mike you’re out, I didn’t say Simon says.  You can stop eating that balut now Mike, you’re out!” 

Ah those were some good times.  Unfortunately for me though, I’m now conditioned to do whatever people tell me to do.  That includes eating balut.  Even though I’ve turned into a mindless drone, I still do enjoy an occasional game of Simon Says.  Especially unique variations of it like pro snowboarders Simon Chamberlain’s version up at Big Bear this weekend. 

Simon is challenging 80 lucky boarders to play a game of Simon Says.  The course will be set Friday night by Bear Mountain’s pro terrain park staff. “Simon will be hand picking the features for this competition Friday night so it’s anyones guess what will be included,” says Bear Mountain’s park development and marketing coordinator, Clayton Shoemaker. “I can guarantee that it will be sick and likely include his signature jib that we constructed last year.”

Everything goes down this Saturday January 10th at 5PM at Big Bear Lake, CA.  Registration starts at 3 and will go until 4 with a $15 entry fee.
